Process Quality Assurance (Senior)

This role plays a key part in ensuring company-wide quality standards, improving operational consistency, and enabling scalable and sustainable project delivery across the organization.
You will act as a quality enabler across teams, focusing on monitoring, risk management, and process improvement while supporting the company’s long-term quality transformation initiatives.

1. Quality Monitoring & Risk Management

• • Monitor and evaluate the Quality Maturity Level (QML) of ongoing projects to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and process deviations; provide impact analysis and escalate to Managers/BOD when necessary.
  • Conduct periodic quality health checks across projects, focusing on overall quality trends rather than day-to-day execution.

2. CAPA & Process Compliance

• • Track, manage, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) across teams to ensure issues are fully resolved and prevented from recurring.
  • Audit and verify that project teams adhere to established workflows, quality gates, and internal standards.

3. ISO Implementation & QMS Development

• • Act as a core contributor in ISO implementation initiatives (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 27001).
  • Research relevant standards, support the development of action plans, and track organization-wide execution.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal quality documents, templates, and processes to align with QMS requirements.

4. Acceptance Testing & Validation

• • Support or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final quality validation for critical features or projects when required.
  • Act as a key quality gate before release, ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Support project teams in structuring and improving their UAT processes to ensure completeness and reliability.

5. Reporting & Special Projects

• • Prepare regular quality reports, compliance dashboards, and project health summaries for Managers and BOD.
  • Research new quality methodologies, propose improvement plans, and coordinate the rollout of quality-driven initiatives.
  • Support initial exploration or pilot initiatives related to AI-driven quality improvement or process automation when applicable.

1. Education

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. Experience

• • 2–5 years in QA/PQA, IT Quality, or Software QA with a focus on process improvement and quality metrics.
  • Experience working with software projects or internal systems is preferred.

3. Skills & Knowledge

• • Process & Quality: Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CAPA, RCA, and quality/risk evaluation (e.g., QML).
  • ISO: Familiarity with ISO 9001/27001 or involvement in ISO initiatives is a plus.
  • Testing: Able to support and validate UAT; no coding or automation required.
  • Tools: Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, and basic process mapping tools.
  • Analytical & Communication: Strong in analyzing quality data, reporting insights, and influencing stakeholders to adopt quality practices. Good English skill
