JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle inquiries from potential customers generated through marketing channels (phone, websites, email, etc.)
- Conduct inbound sales calls and provide consultation for Accounting SaaS solutions.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommend suitable Accounting SaaS and ERP solutions.
- Meet with customers to identify business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and ERP implementation team to ensure successful service delivery.
REQUIREMENT
- From 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, IT solutions, consulting, or ERP.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance is an advantage.
- Strong communication, customer consulting, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written) client collaboration and management.
