Program Governance & Coordination

Coordinate and manage cross-functional activities across multiple Scrum teams, workstreams, and stakeholders.

Facilitate alignment among clients, stakeholders, and related organizations to ensure smooth program execution.

Support program governance activities including planning sessions, workshops, and management meetings.

Track and follow up on key action items, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables across the organization.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor overall project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive summaries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, trackers, RAID logs, and governance records.

Support KPI tracking and operational reporting to improve delivery visibility and transparency.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify, monitor, and escalate program risks, blockers, and dependency issues in a timely manner.
-
Facilitate issue resolution discussions and coordinate follow-up actions among relevant stakeholders.

Support proactive risk mitigation and governance activities to minimize delivery impact.

Stakeholder Communication & Facilitation

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, schedules, priorities, and organizational alignment.

Facilitate meetings and workshops by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and ensuring action item follow-through.

Work closely with managers and leadership to support strategic planning and operational execution.

Operational Support

Support program operational activities including scheduling, resource coordination, travel arrangements, and event/workshop logistics when necessary.

Assist leadership in managing upcoming schedules, commitments, and organizational priorities.

Continuous Improvement

Support continuous improvement initiatives for governance processes, communication flow, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.

Contribute to establishing scalable PMO practices within the organization

- At least 3 years of experience in assistant or equivalent positions for Senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to convey important information clearly and effectively (both in English & Vietnamese).
- Be able to synthesize information for various reporting purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Responsible, goal-oriented and organized.
- Strong attention to details and able to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution and strategic-thinking skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, be able to work collaboratively with other teams, departments and external parties.
- Excellent customer engagement skills.
- Proficient in using office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, G Suites, etc.).
- Candidates with a general understanding of the IT industry is a plus.

- Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
