JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive new business development and achieve sales targets for warehouse, fulfillment, eCommerce, and supply chain solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer consultation to proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and handover.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with Solution, Delivery, and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales, pipeline, and market intelligence reports.
REQUIREMENT
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in WMS, Logistics, Fulfillment, eCommerce, or Supply Chain SaaS, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s logistics, supply chain, and eCommerce market, with experience working with logistics providers, warehouse operators, or eCommerce businesses.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, logistics, supply chain, and related technologies (e.g., WMS, IoT, barcode/RFID systems).
- Strong consultative selling, business development, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and develop commercial solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, warehouse site visits, and industry events.
