Business Analyst (ERP/Logistics)

Business Analysis & Consulting

• • Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement analysis sessions with clients.
  • Provide consulting services and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Solution Design & Delivery

• • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design effective business solutions.
  • Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and system documentation.
  • Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Identify gaps between business requirements and standard system capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
  • Assist project managers in planning, scope management, and project execution.

Stakeholder Management

• • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams.
  • Work closely with business users, managers, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Manage customer expectations and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration

• • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.
  • Support project documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Participate in project planning, review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.

Domain Expertise

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following domains are highly preferred:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in at least one of the following domains:
  • Logistics
  • ERP
  • Smart Factory / MES
  • CRM
  • Sales Management
• Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Experience participating in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Advanced English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MES, WMS, TMS, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Experience leading workshops and managing customer-facing activities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise business processes.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong experience in SAP interfacing technologies (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, APIs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in enhancement techniques (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Points).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Knowledge of functional processes in FICO, MM, or SD.
  • Knowledge of modern SAP tools (e.g., ABAP on HANA, CDS views, Fiori).

• • Well-trained and dedicated to being able to catch the pace smoothly
  • Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
  • Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
