JOB DESCRIPTION

System Evolution: Participate in the maintenance and development of an integrated ecosystem consisting of legacy Google Sheets/AppScripts systems and a modern Web Application.
Development & Implementation: Program in Google Apps Script (JavaScript) to automate spreadsheet workflows while building and scaling front-end features using ReactJS and back-end services using NodeJS.
Feature Deployment: Implement new feature requests from users across both the spreadsheet environment and the web platform, ensuring seamless data integration between the two.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, performing root-cause analysis for bugs in both the scripts and the web application.
Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the system architecture, API integrations, and user guides.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary technical expert for this hybrid system, educating and supporting stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
Work 5 days/week; including holidays, Tet holiday.
Work in 3 shifts in rotation following company’s arrangement
- - Shift 1: 6 AM – 2 PM
  - Shift 2: 2 PM – 10 PM
  - Shift 3: 10 PM – 6 AM

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in Fullstack development with NodeJS (Backend) and ReactJS (Frontend).
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent SQL database management systems.
Proficiency in building, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries to ensure high system performance.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
Google Ecosystem Expertise
Proven experience building multiple complex projects using Google Sheets.
Expert knowledge of Google Sheets formulas and the Google Sheets environment as a whole.
Direct experience with Google Apps Script (developing custom functions, triggers, and UI sidebars).
Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive mindset – someone who enjoys investigating the root cause of issues and delivering long-term resolutions for users.
Accountability & Ownership: A self-starter who can own a system/platform, take responsibility for its lifecycle, and become the subject matter expert.
Interpersonal Skills: Great communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.
