BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

• Check, perform data cleaning, and input vessels/shipments data.
• Verify data by comparing it with source documents.
• Report, monitor, and support investigating special/error cases.
• Comprehend charts/graphs and convert between charts/graphs and raw data. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes.
• Other duties assigned.
  

*  Working time: Office hours & Shift (as needed)

• Good command in English for both written and verbal communication.
• Experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in working with word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, …) 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• High level of concentration and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Works well both independently and in teams.

• Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company. There will be exceptions for excellent candidates
• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
