AI Applied Developer

We are looking for an AI Applied Developer to build the next generation of AI-powered ERP, MES, and enterprise business applications. In this role, you will develop production-ready AI solutions that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise data with modern software engineering practices to solve complex, real-world business problems.

You will work closely with AI Solution Architects, AI Knowledge Engineers, and Product Teams to build CLT’s Enterprise AI Platform.

 1. AI Application & Copilot Development

• • Design & Develop: Build production-grade, reusable AI applications, components, and SDKs; integrate LLMs into enterprise software.
  • AI Copilots: Develop specialized enterprise AI Copilots (CEO, Finance, HR, Sales, Project Management, Production, Quality) featuring conversational AI, document understanding, data analysis, report generation, decision support, and task automation.
  • Performance: Optimize AI application performance, reliability, latency, and operational costs.

 2. AI Agent & Workflow Automation

• • Agentic Frameworks: Develop AI Agents and complex Multi-Agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Agent Capabilities: Design and implement tool/function calling, agent memory, planning strategies, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
  • Automation: Build AI-powered workflow automation, task orchestration pipelines, approval/escalation processes, and intelligent business process assistants.

3. RAG & Enterprise Knowledge Integration

• • Advanced RAG: Build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, incorporating GraphRAG and knowledge graph integration.
  • Search Optimization: Design semantic search and advanced retrieval strategies, optimizing embedding, reranking, and context management to improve AI reasoning quality.

4. Enterprise Integration & Platform Engineering

• • System Integration: Connect AI applications with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM, HRM) via REST APIs and event-driven services (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).
  • Analytics: Build real-time AI analytics, forecasting models, recommendation services, and business insights.
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Deploy scalable AI microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and reusable infrastructure components.

Professional Experience

• • General: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • AI Specific: 2+ years of experience in AI/LLM application development with a proven track record of building and integrating AI into production enterprise software.

Technical Skills

• • AI & LLM Ecosystem: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, OpenRouter

  • AI Methodologies: Prompt Engineering, Structured Output, Tool/Function Calling, AI Evaluation, Model & Context Selection

  • AI Frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, PydanticAI, CrewAI, AutoGen

  • Agentic & RAG Systems: Multi-Agent Systems, Planning, Memory, Vector Databases, Embedding Models, Hybrid Search, Metadata Filtering, Reranking, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs

  • Backend Development: Strong Python development, FastAPI, Nestjs, Java, Django (optional), REST APIs, Async Programming

  • Databases & Infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, Message Queues

  • Frontend Development: React, Next.js, or Vue.js (focused on AI Chat Interfaces, Dashboards, and Enterprise Web Apps)

  • DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, and Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

PREFERRED AND NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced AI Techniques & LLMOps

• • Experience with advanced AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval).
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), semantic caching, and AI memory management.
  • Experience deploying local/open-source LLMs and utilizing model serving frameworks (vLLM, Ollama, SGLang).
  • Experience using modern AI coding assistants (Claude Code, OpenHands, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Enterprise Systems & Architecture

• • Familiarity with system architect,  Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Debezium CDC, event streaming, and workflow engines.
  • Experience with or domain knowledge of core enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, CRM, HRM, Manufacturing systems, SAP).

  • Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
  • Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
