JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee and assess the quality of development processes, business processes, and working performance to ensure compliance with company standards
- Create and maintain templates for reports, proposals, guidelines, and training
documents to streamline processes and enhance clarity - Assist the manager in collecting and compiling data for comprehensive quality reports that inform strategic decisions
- Provide guidance and support to GQA teams on quality-related matters, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- From 2 years of working experience as QA/QC/Audit or related positions
- Knowledge of QA testing and defect-tracking software
- Knowledge of making test cases/test procedures/test scripts/test data
- Proficient in testing methodologies (at least about Manual testing
- Familiarity with testing tools
- Proficient in English, with a focus on verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good attitude and professional behavior
- Be careful, and always aim to make the system perfect
- Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Having experience about the making process is a plus
- Familiarity with testing support tools such as Selenium, JMeter,… is a plus
