Manual QC Engineer (Senior/Lead)

• Lead the QA team and define the overall quality strategy, testing approach, and quality standards across projects.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, risk assessment, and release readiness to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Manage project quality, monitor testing progress, provide quality reports, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with BA, Developers, PMs, POs, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous quality improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop QC team members while driving process improvements, test automation, and AI-powered testing initiatives.

 Technical Skills

• • 5-7+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Control, including experience leading testing activities for medium-to-large projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and software quality management principles.
  • Proven experience in test strategy, risk-based testing, and quality governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Redmine, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of API, database, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• • Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• • Experience in Test Automation and AI-assisted testing
