AI Solution Architect

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of CLT’s next-generation AI ERP/MES Platform.

The platform combines:

    • Smart Factory Platform

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, selecting technologies, designing AI workflows, and leading technical decisions across all AI initiatives.

AI Platform Architecture

• • Design enterprise-scale AI ERP/MES platform architecture
  • Define system architecture for AI Copilot services
  • Design Multi-Agent architecture using LangGraph
  • Design Agent orchestration and workflow strategies
  • Define AI platform standards and development guidelines

Ontology & Knowledge Graph

• • Design enterprise ontology framework
  • Define ERP/MES domain ontology models
  • Design Knowledge Graph architecture
  • Design GraphRAG architecture
  • Establish Semantic Layer strategy

AI & LLM Architecture

• • Define LLM architecture and model strategy
  • Design On-Prem AI infrastructure
  • Design AI Gateway and Multi-Model Routing
  • Establish Prompt Engineering standards
  • Define AI evaluation framework and quality metrics

Data & Integration Architecture

• • Design ERP/MES integration architecture
  • Define CDC architecture using Debezium and Kafka
  • Design Data Lakehouse architecture
  • Establish API and Event-Driven architecture
  • Define Interface Definition Standards (IDD)

Technical Leadership

• • Lead technical reviews and architecture governance
  • Mentor AI engineers and backend developers
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
  • Define technology roadmap and platform strategy

Experience

• • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of solution architecture experience
  • 3+ years of AI/LLM architecture experience
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale platforms

AI & LLM

• • Deep understanding of LLM architecture
  • Experience with Multi-Agent systems
  • Experience with RAG and GraphRAG architectures
  • Experience designing AI Copilot solutions
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI evaluation

Knowledge & Semantic Technologies

• • Experience with Knowledge Graph architecture
  • Understanding of RDF, OWL2, SHACL, SPARQL
  • Experience with Apache Jena, Fuseki or Neo4j
  • Experience with Ontology-driven systems

Cloud & Infrastructure

• • Kubernetes architecture design experience
  • Experience with containerized environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps architecture
  • Experience with observability platforms

  • Experience with vLLM, Ray Serve, SGLang
  • Experience with GPU clusters (A100/H100)
  • Experience with AI Gateway and Multi-Model Routing

Leadership

• • Experience leading engineering teams
  • Experience mentoring architects and engineers
  • Experience defining enterprise technology roadmaps

• Attracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
