Product Owner (Middle/Senior)

We are hiring for two distinct positions (1 vacancy per division, total of 2 openings) at the Middle to Senior level.

Core Mission: Lead and advance the finance, accounting, e-Approval, and HR product lines within CyberLogitec’s SaaS ERP ecosystem.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • • Design and upgrade the accounting, financial management, and e-Approval systems within the SaaS ERP.
    • Define product features and design workflows for Human Resources (HR), time & attendance, and payroll solutions.
    • Monitor and rapidly reflect legal/regulatory updates (tax laws, labor laws, etc.) into the product features.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Strongly Preferred: Hands-on experience designing or developing e-Approval systems and complex approval workflows.
    • Practical knowledge of corporate finance/accounting processes or experience implementing ERP solutions.
    • Experience planning large-scale corporate digital workplace or collaboration tools.

Core Mission: Drive market fit and feature expansion for our SaaS-based manufacturing, logistics, and material management solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • • Establish product roadmaps and plan features for SaaS-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
    • Analyze real-world pain points from manufacturing/logistics sites and translate them into scalable software solutions.
    • Optimize system-to-system data flows and onsite data integration.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Strongly Preferred: Direct experience in planning or deploying at least one of the following systems: WMS, MES, or MRP.
    • Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain management (SCM), and logistics industry structures.
    • Experience integrating hardware (barcode scanners, PDAs, etc.) or legacy systems (ERP, etc.) with software platforms.

• • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management/ownership (Preferred: 3–5 years for Middle / 6+ years for Senior).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products (B2B/Enterprise) and subscription-based business models.
  • Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements and business processes into clear product documentation (PRDs, user stories, wireframes).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define problems, track metrics, and strategically prioritize the product backlog.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to align and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• • Ownership & Initiative: A self-starter who can independently drive the entire product lifecycle—from problem discovery to solution delivery and post-launch validation.
  • Systemic & Logical Thinking: Ability to dissect chaotic real-world operations and break them down into standardized, intuitive SaaS features.
  • Agility & Resilience: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to changes and product iteration cycles.

Preferred Qualifications (Common)

• • Experience serving as a PO/PM within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).

• • Well-trained and dedicated to being able to catch the pace smoothly
  • Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
  • Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
