Business Consultant (Logistics/WMS)

• • Lead logistics/WMS consulting and implementation projects for manufacturing plants and warehouses
  • Analyze client operations and design AS-IS / TO-BE logistics processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, movement, etc.)
  • Design and optimize WMS processes within a manufacturing-oriented ERP environment
  • Define ERP–WMS integration architecture and data flow
  • Design interfaces across ERP / MES / WMS systems
  • Manage projects as PM/PL and communicate with clients
  • Support issue resolution and system stabilization during and after go-live

• • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in WMS consulting or implementation in manufacturing or warehouse environments
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes (inventory, inbound/outbound, picking, location management, etc.)
  • Experience or solid understanding of ERP integration with WMS
  • Experience in business analysis and process design (AS-IS / TO-BE)
  • Full-cycle project experience (analysis → implementation → go-live → stabilization)

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience with manufacturing ERP or integrated ERP systems
  • Experience in MES or smart factory projects
  • Experience in global or Vietnam-based projects
  • PM/PL experience
  • Experience in logistics KPI design and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to communicate in English or Vietnamese
