JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-availability backend services and microservices architecture.
Architect and optimize complex RESTful / GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data processing systems.
Define and implement database strategy and schema design (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and query performance at scale.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor Junior/Middle developers to foster technical growth.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and system-wide architectural issues.
Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, automated testing (Unit/Integration), and cloud infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js development with a proven track record of shipping large-scale production systems.
Core Skills: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with deep understanding of asynchronous patterns, event-driven architecture, and Node.js internals.
Frameworks: Advanced hands-on experience with NestJS (preferred), Express.js, and a solid understanding of frontend ecosystems (ReactJS/NextJS) for full-stack collaboration.
Database & DevOps: Mastery of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP is highly preferred.
Technical Leadership: Strong experience in system design, design patterns, and architectural principles (Clean Architecture, DDD).
Soft Skills:
- - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
  - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have: Experience with Java/Spring Boot is a significant plus for cross-platform integration.
Language: English (Professional Working Proficiency)
