Business Development Manager (Logistics & Distribution)

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for the logistics, warehousing, and distribution sectors.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Vietnamese market to drive revenue growth.
• Operational Optimization: Analyze existing logistics processes and propose strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end business development projects from feasibility study to implementation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Highly proficient in preparing professional proposals, strategic reports, and business presentations for senior management.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Warehousing, Logistics, or Distribution.
• Specialized Skill: At least 2 years of experience in Business Planning or Strategy Development.
• Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English (Professional level for global collaboration).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and high-pressure problem-solving.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Bonus Points):

• • Advanced skills in document preparation (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.) and professional reporting.
  • Direct experience in the E-commerce industry.
