Business Consultant (Senior)

We are seeking for the Business Consultant professional who demonstrates:

• • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts to perform Allegro & OPUS D&D tasks related.
  • Ability to complete work independently while receiving general guidance on new projects.
  • Capacity to act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Analyze, discuss, and clarify the requirement, which is received from the customer, and give the customer efficient advice if any.
• Co-work with the CLV Developer & CLT Business Consultant.
• Conduct the frequent test of the system to make sure that the business is working well.
• Train Service Desks and Developers with actual business knowledge
• Conduct meetings with clients to catch the requirement for clarifications, verification, work deadlines, and related reports…
• Provide customer service support to the entire clients whom using company’s services
• Coordinate with developers to check and resolve the system problems.
• Complete other analysis, reporting, training, projects, and duties as assigned.
• Other projects and tasks as defined.

• Bachelor’s in business, Logistics, Shipping, or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in the marine shipping industry.
• Must have familiarity with global transportation processes.
• Strong working knowledge of shipping knowledge practices and concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, ingenuity, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze, logical thinking, strong Problem-Solving Skills, and strong follow-up skills.
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.

• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
