SAP Consultant (FICO)

1. SAP FI/CO Module Operations & User Support:
   • • Support financial accounting (FI) processes: G/L, AR/AP, Closing, Treasury, and Tax.
     • Support management accounting (CO) processes: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing (PC).
     • Provide technical support and resolve functional issues for global end-users.
2. System Enhancement & Optimization:
   • • Analyze business requirements and perform system configuration (Customizing/IMG) for both FI and CO modules.
     • Support the implementation of new financial and managerial accounting processes.
3. Integration & Interface Management:
   • • Manage and troubleshoot interfaces between FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
4. Closing & Analysis Support:
   • • Provide system support for monthly/year-end closing and perform data validation.
     • Support CO-related reporting and profitability analysis.
5. User Training & Documentation:
   • • Create and maintain operational guides and manuals in English.
     • Conduct training sessions for users.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP FI and CO module operations or implementation projects.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO) processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP FICO configuration (IMG) and troubleshooting.
• Development Support: Experience in ABAP development requests (Function Specs), testing, and interface management.
• Language & Communication (Mandatory):
  • Fluent in English: Professional level verbal and written communication is required for global collaboration.
  • Documentation: Ability to draft all technical/business documents and manuals in English.

Preferred Skills

• Global Exposure: Experience working with global multinational corporations (MNCs) or in a global delivery environment.
• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in Greenfield SAP Implementation projects (End-to-end cycle).
• Experience in S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Experience in manufacturing industry (Product Costing, CO-PA).
• SAP Professional Certification (FI or CO).
• Ability to lead small-to-medium scale system improvement projects
