JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and department heads to deeply understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, and interviewing, to meet headcount targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key technical roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, candidate evaluations, and strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparent feedback, and professional engagement.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships in the tech community.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
REQUIREMENT
  • From 3 years of experience in recruitment field (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Proven experience managing multiple hiring requests with strong prioritization skills.
  • Experienced with sourcing on channels, including LinkedIn, social pages, groups.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, and data-driven in decision-making.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office
