Technical Architect (Java)

• Act as a key technical member supporting the full-stack development team in solving complex issues related to logic, performance, integration, and operations.
• Participate in designing, developing, reviewing, and refactoring applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (DevOps, BA, QA) to clarify requirements, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and long-term scalability.
• Backend: Develop using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful API), NodeJS, and NestJS.
• Frontend: Work with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS), and data/visual libraries (Three.js, D3.js).
• Integrate with supporting systems such as Redis, Ignite, Keycloak, and relational databases.
• Attend technical meetings and provide consultation and appropriate solution proposals.

• Strong English communication skills to work with foreign BAs and TAs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development with Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS or NextJS.
• Solid understanding of REST API architecture, MVC pattern, JWT, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript with a good grasp of frontend performance optimization.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Ignite for high-load systems or realtime/cache layers.
• Proficient with Git and experienced in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, etc.).
• Skilled in configuring, deploying, and optimizing applications on Tomcat or WebLogic servers.
• Strong debugging skills: ability to read logs, analyze stack traces, and resolve production issues.
• Capable of conducting code reviews and mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
• Practical experience with Three.js and D3.js, including:
  • • Building complex, high-interaction UI visualizations.
    • Optimizing rendering performance, avoiding memory leaks, and managing canvas/WebGL efficiency.

Nice to Have:

• • • Experience in designing and deploying Microservices architectures.
    • Familiarity with API Gateways like Kong (route management, authentication, policies, rate-limiting, etc.).
    • Past experience deploying applications to production environments with understanding of deployment, rollback, and monitoring processes.
