Technical Architect (Java)

• Design, plan, and maintain the architectural runway to align technology decisions with business objectives
• Lead setup and refinement of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
• Ensure robust non-functional requirements: performance, security, availability, and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams, shaping ideas into high-quality features and implementation
• Champion best practices, promote excellence in tooling, and enforce technical standards
• Mentor and guide colleagues in technical capabilities and architectural mindset

Technical Skills (written as standards):

• • Strong hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with NodeJS, Spring Boot, Next.js, React.js, NestJS, Tailwind CSS
  • Familiarity with Cypress testing
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
  • Skilled in code review practices and tools such as SonarQube
  • Ability to set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
  • Competence with AWS and Google Cloud platforms
  • Used Firebase in production environments
  • Container orchestration using Rancher or Kubernetes
  • Log monitoring with Datadog
  • Able to design and implement scalable enterprise system architecture
  • Confident executing tasks independently, setting up tools, and following engineering processes
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with teams
  • Able to drive solutions for practical day-to-day challenges
  • Ideally able to optimize systems, mentor team members, create internal guidelines, and solve complex tech problems
  • Experience with microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and enterprise modernization projects highly valued

General Qualifications:

• • At least eight years’ experience in technical, enterprise, or system architecture roles
  • Strong communication skills for internal support and stakeholder engagement
  • Conversational business English
  • Quick learner, resilient, eager for growth
