ReactJS Developer (Senior)

• Design and develop modern web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance user experiences.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the frontend codebase.
• Follow best practices for writing clean, reusable, and testable code.
• Optimize performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and build responsive interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and team discussions to improve product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and apply relevant improvements to enhance the development process.
• Mentor junior members, support their technical growth, and take ownership of technical decisions.

Must-have

• • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Junior+: 1–2 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Senior: 4–6+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS.
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and TailwindCSS (or similar frameworks).
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab) is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.

Nice-to-have (Backend-related or Advanced Skills)

• • Experience with NodeJS or NestJS for backend development.
  • Understanding of Microservices architecture, gRPC, and protobuf.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or event-driven systems.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or relational database design.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience writing unit tests (e.g., Jest, Vitest).
  • Knowledge of Java Spring Boot is a strong plus.
