JOB DESCRIPTION
- Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Test Case Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defect reports, and test case modifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in quality assurance.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies and tools.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Has 1-2 years of experience in quality control or software testing. Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
- Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
- Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
- Communication:
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Reading & writing documents in English.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
