RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Support

    • Act as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance via ticketing system, email, chat, or in person.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, MacBooks, Windows devices, and internal applications.
    • Provide basic support for network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), printers, and collaboration platforms.
    • Assist with account setup, password resets, system access, and user-related issues.
    • Support office systems including conferencing tools, access control systems, CCTV, and mobile devices.
    • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Deliver prompt, professional, and user-friendly support across all channels.
    • Provide documentation and knowledge-sharing when needed.

2. Device & Asset Management

    • Manage the setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of company IT equipment (MacBooks, Windows laptops, desktops, peripherals).
    • Track and maintain accurate IT asset inventory and device assignment records.
    • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and service support.
      Handle software installations, license management, and updates to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

3. Network & Infrastructure Support

    • Assist in configuring and maintaining office network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
    • Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.
    • Ensure network reliability and assist in planning future infrastructure improvements.
    • Provide support in small-scale IT infrastructure upgrades or rollout projects under guidance.

4. User Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Prepare and deliver IT equipment for new hires and provide onboarding support.
    • Conduct IT orientation for newcomers, covering systems usage, security policies, and best practices.
    • Support offboarding processes by collecting devices, backing up data, and deactivating accounts.

5. Other Responsibilities

    • Participate in IT process improvements and propose solutions to enhance IT efficiency.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Infrastructure Support, or similar roles.
  • Solid understanding of Windows/Mac OS, common office applications, and endpoint management.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP); CCNA certification or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, access points).
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
