Business Analyst (Accounting)

• Interview, survey and analyze requirements for an Accounting solution designed for manufacturing factories
• Prepare document to introduce system features, prepare scenario for demo to customer.
• Turn customer’s request into design, wireframe, prototype, etc.
• Plan and breakdown requirement, make the WBS and milestone.
• Collect, document, and define functional requirements in collaboration with customers and the internal development team
• Design features and processes; create use cases and user flows, acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirement changes during development and support QA activities
• Verify system to assure it fit with customer’s expectation.
• Discuss, negotiate with customer about requirement, quality, plan, delivery.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning Accounting solutions.
• Proficient in English for business conversations and documentation. Can use Korean is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between team members, leader and customers.
• Ability to propose and improve business processes through analysis and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in planning Accounting solutions for factory or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of software development or system architecture.
• Skills in SQL or data analysis and basic query writing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in using designing, planning, management tools.
• Open to study new things.
