Agile Delivery Manager

Lead the planning, execution and delivery project and ensure adherence to the project scope, timeline and budget;

Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business requirements;

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including tasks, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation;

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of project tasks;

Monitor project progress, track key metrics, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and highlight any risks, issues or deviations from the plan;

Identify and manage project risks and proactively address potential obstacles or delays to minimize project impact;

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment and facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members;

Ensure adherence to established development methodologies, coding standards and best practices;

Conduct project retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for future projects;

Manage project documentation including requirements, design specifications, project plans and other relevant artifacts;

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and foster their professional growth and development improvement and implement corrective actions for future projects;
