JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on developing scalable and efficient backend services.
Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful / GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
Work closely with Senior Developers to design and implement database schemas (SQL).
Convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible, performant screens.
Identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and ensure the stability of the system.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following the team’s coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve project quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: From 1 year of professional experience in Node.js development (open to talented fresh graduates with strong portfolios).
Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming, closures, and the event loop.
Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Express.js, NestJS, ReactJS, NextJS.
Database: Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Ability to write and optimize basic queries.
Version Control: Proficient in using Git (GitHub/GitLab) for source code management and collaboration.
Technical Mindset: Good understanding of RESTful / GraphQL API principles and JSON data handling.
Soft Skills:
- - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  - Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  - Have experience in Java/Spring Boot is plus.
