JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with delivery managers and department heads to deeply understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, and interviewing, to meet headcount targets.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key technical roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, candidate evaluations, and strategic hiring recommendations.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparent feedback, and professional engagement.
Strengthen the company’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships in the tech community.
Use data and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.

REQUIREMENT

From 3 years of experience in recruitment field (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Proven experience managing multiple hiring requests with strong prioritization skills.
Experienced with sourcing on channels, including LinkedIn, social pages, groups.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, and data-driven in decision-making.
Proactive and collaborative team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office
