SAP FICO Consultant (Senior)

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, banking, tax, etc.)
• CO – Costing, internal orders, profit center accounting, cost center accounting
• Profitability analysis
• Implement and support SAP Concur integrations for expense and travel management
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements; translate into functional and technical specifications
• Lead or support SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects
• Deliver test scripts, perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members
• Prepare and maintain documentation including blueprints, functional specs, and training materials
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards
• Conduct end-user training sessions
• Support cutover activities, go live, post go-live support for resolution of issues as per SLA
• Provide management with regular project updated, creates and maintains trusting relationships, identifies and manages project issues, identify project risk early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk response
• Report status, issues, key activities, any changes to the charter of the overall project
• Build a close working relationship with clients to enhance image of CLT

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementations and support
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO
• Strong knowledge of financial business processes and best practices
• Experience with S/4HANA (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops and interface with senior business stakeholders
• Proficient in English(advanced in speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

• • SAP Certification in FICO and/or BRIM
  • Exposure to global rollouts and localization requirements (e.g., tax, currency, legal compliance)
