3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• • Work efficiently and report to the superior (high manager) with strong explanations and English communication skills.
  • Act as a trusted partner for executives, clients (Vietnamese and foreign customers), and cross-functional teams.

4. People & Team Development:

• • Coach and mentor team members, guiding career growth and technical excellence.
  • Build collaborative, high-performance teams with a strong culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Empower individuals to take ownership while aligning with organizational goals.

5. AI Expertise:

• • Advise technical direction in AI/ML model development, data analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge about AI tools, frameworks, and platforms suitable for enterprise-scale deployment.
  • Ensure AI solutions are ethical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and research methodologies
• Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics
• Good communication skills for reporting progress and discussing technical concepts
• Understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python/C++
• Familiarity with key AI domains, including Computer Vision, Large Language Models, and Data Science techniques
• Focus on the Intermediate level with must-have all English good communication skills, and good to have at Reading/Listening

• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
