We are looking for a Graphic Designer who
-
- Bring ideas to life by transforming content from internal teams (Sales – Marketing, HR…) into impactful visual materials
- Shape how our brand communicates across proposals, brochures, banners, and other sales & employer branding assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create compelling visuals for proposals, brochures, company presentations, internal communications, banners, and social media posts.
- Work closely with Sales – Marketing, HR, and internal teams to understand content objectives, ideas, and translate them into polished, purpose-driven visual materials.
- Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Provide creative direction or suggestions to enhance content quality and visual impact.
- Assist with layout for employer branding campaigns, recruitment kits, internal comms, etc.
- Combine and edit basic video clips for promotional or internal use when needed.
- Support projects intensively to ensure prompt delivery of results without unnecessary delays.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements early, share progress regularly, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Work in an agile style – able to move fast, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Perform any other task as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience working as Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, Content Designer, or similar position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design for business-oriented materials.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, Capcut,..) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to conceptualize and deliver visually engaging artwork from briefs.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and brand consistency.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects intensively from start to finish.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project.
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, responding quickly to feedback and shifting priorities.
- Good English communication in both verbal and written.
