JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Receive requests from world-wide customers via email, website, phone call. 
  • Support to resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system. 
  • Most of customers come from US, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc. 

WORKING TIME
  • Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
  • Work in 3 shifts in rotation following company’s arrangement
    • Shift 1: 6 AM – 2 PM
    • Shift 2: 2 PM – 10 PM
    • Shift 3: 10 PM – 6 AM

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to analyze, logical thinking. 
  • Good English; ability to write, read well. 
  • Can use office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen. 
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc). 
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking. 
  • BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.
